Carbone has a long history in the hotel sales field, having been with Florida hotels for the last 12 years in similar positions. He was formerly with the United Nations for 12 years as Assistant Director of Buildings, Management and Engineering. Mr. Carbone has been married for 30 years and will reside with his wife Teresa in Las Vegas. They have four children, with two of their sons already in the hotel industry. Entratter said of Carbone, f,We believe Mr. Carbonefs qualifications will help back up the nine and one half million dollar building expansion program currently under way and believe he will be a fine asset to the Sands organization which in the past 13 years has helped make the Sands the most heavily trafficked resort hotel in the world".
