NEVADA TAX COMMISSION Commissioner Bunker moved that Commissioner Peccole, City Attorney Howard W. Cannon, City MEETING Manager.C.W. Shelley and Comptroller Harold A. Laird be authorized to attend the Nevada Tax Commission meeting on May 5, 1952 in Carson City. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; Noes, none. Commissioner Peccole passed his vote. Absent: Mayor Baker. There being no further business to come before the meeting at this time Cornmissioner Bunker moved this meeting recessed until April 29, 1952 at 4:00 P.M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Baker.
