In addition, as to existing lin e s crossing portions o f acreage, we have found the follow in g defects: There is no record o f a grant o f easement from private ownerships covering water lin e s shown on the p la t so furnished as they cross the follow ing described property: The lin e s extending South from Fremont Street along the Southerly extension o f Bruce Street to the point where said lin e bears Westerly and crosses the North and South center lin e o f Section 35- However, in the grant from Charles A. Weingart and Freda Weingart, his w ife, to Floy A. Gibson and Eva V. Gibson by deed recorded February 21, 1923 in Book 9 o f Deeds, page 184, Clark County, Nevada records; the Westerly 6o fe e t o f the Northwest Quarter (nw£) o f the Southwest Quarter (SW-£) o f the Southeast Quarter (SEjj) o f Section 35> Township 20 South, Range 6 l East was excepted fo r public highway. The records f a i l to disclose . a dedication to the City o f Las Vegas or an easement fo r such ^ pipe lin e . Lines situate in the North H alf (N i) o f the Northeast Quarter (NE^-) o f the Southeast Quarter (SEf) o f Section 28, Township 20 South, Range 6 l East, M.D.B. & M,, from the Southerly boundary o f McWilliams Avenue extended Westerly to the centerlin e o f Washington Avenue extended Westerly.
