% JEU.N E1. B1.9 54 June 1, 195^ ?80-±i n i ' ^ Memo to E.C.R. Cal Cory phoned me about the letter of May 27th relative to transfer of the 2.5 cfs. to the shop well. If it were so amended, it would require an additional publication. to perfect the present application for the cfs. to the existing shop well, and then later make an application to transfer half of that to the new well at the time we get a permit to build a new well. Possibly this can not be done under the terms of the outstanding contract, but will you check into it It is his thought to ask the State Engineer HUN 1 1954
