Las Vegas - March 23» 1953 w 23-1-107 Mr. Win. Reinhardt? Referring to my letter of March 19* 1953 with reference to water line to serve Blocks 10 and 11 of Ladd®s Addition, Las Vegas. Mr. Roy Whipple now advises that he owns & lots in Block 11 and has now commenced construction of one k family unit, which will later be expanded to 6 units, on lot 4 and within a year or two will construct 3 similar multiple units on his 3 other lots. If these units are all constructed the estimated increase in revenue from them will be at the rate of $127.20 per annum this year with an additional increase of $381.60 per annum in a 3 .year period. This potential increase will be in addition to the present revenue of #1,280.00 from miscellaneous privately owned service lines Indicated in submission of December 11, 1952® Mr. Whipple also advises that this area has been rezoned to R—4- and believes that if an adequate water line is Installed other property owners in the district will construct additional multiple units in the near future.
