Records of San Bernardino County, California; 4 - An unrecorded easement for a power transmis­sion line across the rear of said lot, grant­ed to Southern Sierras Power Company by this Company, under date of April 1, 1928; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all oil and mineral rights; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing deed, Audit No. 4725, dated January 19, 1945, conveying to Rex Warnix and Louise B. Warnix, husband and wife, Lots 13 and 14, Block 1, Tract 1867, Yermo, California; subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the second in­stallment of the year 1944-1945, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected there­with; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, . easements and encumbrances of record; 3 - An unrecorded easement for a power trans­mission line across a portion of said premises granted the Southern Sierras Power Company by LVL&WCo. under date of April 1, 1928; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo, all oil and mineral rights; consideration $10,00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, N.L.D, 1217, dated January 19, 1945, extending to February 28, 1946, term of lease Audit #9967, dated February 1, -10-
