Dear Sir:- Herewith I hand you two blue prints of proposed layout of a townsite at Otis which is a modification of previously submitted layouts, which has been corrected to meet with the views of the Special Committee as expressed recently when the first plans were examined by ft. Will you kindly advise whether this plan is acceptable and also inform me the corporate name which has been adopted in order that it may be placed upon the tracing from which the prints have been made. This plan has been prepared for the purpose of filing with the Recorder's office of San Bernardino County which accounts for the affidavits printed on it. If any changes are desired they can be made on the original tracing, from which new prints will be taken.
