Sir: In compliance with the request contained in your communication of 30th.ultimo,fcnd 6n recommendation of this office, the Department has granted authority for you to advertise the two hull calves derived from increase of school herd, which you think it would pay better to sell than to slaughter for subsistence of the school, by written posters conspicuously placed in the vicinity of the school and elsewhere, and to sell the same at public sale, if a fair price be offered,to the highest bidder or bidders for cash, as provided for by law. These calves being of good grade shotild bring a good price and you are expected to see that they do so.
