The district consents t© the reservation by Salt Lake Cocpany, its successors and assigns, of the right to appropriate 2.5 cubic feet of water per second for the purposes stated in said. Certificate of Appropriation, provided said water is not appropriated from said Well Ho. 1, but is appropriated from the existing water well of the Railroad Cospanies located in the HW*| of the SHI- of the Hf# of Section 34 in Township 20 South, Range 6l last, M.D.B. & M., Clark County, Nevada, or through additional well® to be drilled by said Railroad Companies, their successors and assigns, within the boundaries of their shop grounds m hereinafter described. It is agreed that Salt Lake Coa^any, its successors and assigns, shall make application to the State Engineer of the .State of Wevada tsrior to the sale date for the purpose of changing the point of diversion of the said 2.5 cubic feet of water per second referred to in said Certificate of Appropriation of Water from said Well Ho. 1 to said existing shop well or said new wells to be drilled within the boundaries of said shop grounds.
