Las Vegas - October 20, 1953 | 23-1-129 Hr. Wm. Reinhardt - Loa Angeles 00: Mr. R. L. Adamson I am submitting herewith, one copy of Drawing 3-632 dated September 25th, showing location of proposed water main to serve Francisco Park, Las Vegas, Nevada. I have Indicated on the attached print in yellow pencil color, revised location of S* cast Iron pipe main connection to water lines serving Francisco Park. This revised location is necessary due to the fact the connection previously shown on this drawing was located In an easement which was promised to the Subdivider but later refused him after the original plan and estimate were submitted* Please prepare WO prints and 11 Agreement prints for this project as I plan on requesting Mr. Cory to write the Agreement immediately. Subdivider has agreed that the amount of #35,057.00, shown in the original estimate as being the agreed amount of refund is satisfactory to him on the basis of inclusion of the 250 LF of additional pipe line necessary to construct 8* cast iron water sain connection Indicated in yellow pencil on attached print.
