Dear sir) isoeailag to our oonvereatlon a few days ago concerning Installation of water sain to serve that portion of Alta Vista Tr&ot fronting on Bonita Avenue between South Sixth and south Tenth Streets, Las Vegast we estimate it will require 1^50 LF ef 6* oast iron water main to serve the property. The estimated oust of eons trusting the stain is tJoQO.QO, whioh amount, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Buie 9, will be subject to refund. To provide adequate fire protection, City authorities require the installation of three fire hydrants* The estimate, cost of constructing $* cast iron water lines to these hydrants is 1360.00 which amount is not subject to refund. In addition,it will be necessary that you secure from the City, at your m m expense, the three fire hydrants, the cost of which will likewise not be subject to refund. Inch of the above estimates includes a contingency of |©Jg which is to cover any unforeseen Increase In material and other cost. Our contract will provide, among other things, that you deposit the estimated cost of #5960.00, and, in the event actual cost of the work should be less than your deposit, the Mater Company will refund to you such excess amount.
