May 22, 1951 Mr. Roy A* Wehe 660 Market Street San Franciaoo 4, Calif Dear Mr. Wehe: X have received from the Auditor and enclose here with statements showing revenues and expenses of the Water Company and all capital expenditures made during the first four months of 1951. There are in transit statements showing the operating revenues and expenses of the entire Las Yagas Land and Water Company for the same months and a balance sheet of the entire operation as of the dose of the period. A balance sheet of the Water Department as of the close of the same period is being prepared and will be sent to me. is mailing to me statement of the operating expense incurred in producing water during the first four months and of capital expenditures made for the same purposes during the same period. Mr. W. H. Johnson has prepared a statement"©f the number and classification of services and of the water revenues forW/ the first four months of the year; also a statement of extraordinary maintenance items Which he oan now antloipatr. X am enclosing copies of these statements. He has also sent aat-a detailed statement of the new services for the months ofandf Marofr 1951. X do not have extra copies to send you* He said that Mr.' Bertolaccl has this saps information in his possession for the months of January and February 1951* Mr. Johnson will soon have in my hands a statement of projects involving capital expenditures whloh have gotten under way in the first four months of the year. Only a small part of the expenditures for these projects were taken into the accounts during that period. to work upon so that he could start working at the Los Angeles office not later than Friday, May 25th. Mr. Johnson said that he would arrange to be down sometime next week at a date which would be satisfactory to you. If you are coming down on the 29th, he oan arrange to arrive here that morning* Will you please let him and me know your plans.
