Contract Audit No. 73^2 of March 3 0 , 1 9 2 9 has been reviewed with the recent developments in mind and it is Aopinion that a new contract is not necessary and that when rental fo r 1 9 3 7 is computed it w ill only be necessary to add to the previous valuation the cost of the additional fa c ilit ie s in stalled at the Railroad Company's expense.
