I am of opinion that a portion of the consideration to be received for the water facilities should be allocated to the Railroad Companies for the easements which are to be granted as listed in subparagraphs (k-1) to (k-5), inclusive and (k-7) to (k-14)# Inclusive of paragraph (k) of Section 1 of the Sale Agree­ment dated dune 1, 1953* Will you please therefore furnish me the estimated present market value of the ear ament strips so that proper allo­cation to the Railroad Companies of a portion of the consideration to be received for the water facilities may be made?
