^ November 30, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and H. Alpert, A. Alpert and M. Alpert, copartners, doing business under the firm name of Alpert & Alpert Junk Company, Lessee, covering site for the storage and distribution of junk materials, located at Mission Road and Elliott Street, Los Angeles, California; subject to termination by Lessor upon thirty days 1 written notice; consideration $100 per month, payable monthly in advance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider, N. L. D. No. 757, dated August 1, 1941, extending to August 31, 1942, term of lease Audit No. 10100, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and J. R. Williams, doing business as Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, Lessee, dated October 1, 1940, expiring Sept. 1, 1941, covering signboard site, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $20 per annum, payable in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon 10 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing lease, C. L. D. No. 3715, dated July 7, 1941, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, Lessor, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessee, covering site, near 3rd and Vine Streets, Riverside, California, for location of box shed (said site being leased by LVL&WCo. to Fred W. Krin-ard and R. G. Krinard, co-partners, and Hillside Citrus Co., - 8-
