    X 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company the sum of $5,960.00, estimated cost of installing approximately 1450’ of 6" cast iron water pipe, together with installation of ap­proximately 5 0 T of 6” cast iron water main for three fire hydrants, to serve Alta Vista Addition, Tract No. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider at monthly intervals 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers in said Tract No. 3 taking water from the water main so instal­led for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of said line (exclusive of the cost of con­structing said fire hydrant connections), whichever occurs first; 3 - Company to own said water main; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification* A.F.E. No. 1 (W.0. #719), issued Jan. 29. 1953; Las Vegas, Nevada;.. constructing 1220 ft. of 6” cast iron water main, 125 ft. of 2” copper water line and 15 ft. of 6n cast iron fire protection laterals for 2 fire hydrants to serve Paradise Village Tract 4. Total estimated expenditure, $5,030, chargeable to Investment in Water System-Las Vegas, Nevada. W. 0. No. 720, issued February 24, 1953; Las Vegas, Nev.; retirement of 125 ft. of 4n cast iron fire hydrant connection across Lot 4, Block 2 of Subdivision of Lot J of Park Place Addition. Credit Account Water System-Las Vegas, Nevada, $150, Chargeable Accrued Depreciation, $23, Misc. Debits to Profit & Loss, $127. Estimated cost of removal of property retired chargeable to 0.
