No. 15338, dated January 20, 1966, with Keith Electric Corporation, to provide all supervision, labor, materials, etc., required to make certain electrical repairs in warehouse at 3251 Leonis Boulevard and 3385 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, consideration not to exceed the sum of $2,146.00, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
