1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 2 from the Railroad's pips line through separate pipe connection and pipe line solely and exclusively for fire protection, which said particular pipe line connection and pipe line is hereinafter in this agreement referred to as "User's Fire Connection", The Railroad is willing to construct said User's connection and User's Fire Connection, and furnish the User sufficient water for the User's said requirements from any surplus water it may have available from such source beyond the needs and requirements of Railroad uses at its Las Vegas terminal, and such other usee as the Railroad has heretofore agreed to supply, on the following terms and conditions: IT IS THEREFORE AGREED: I. The Railroad shall at the sole cost and expense of the User, install, maintain and remove said User's connection consisting of ______________ inch meter and pipe of __________ inch diameter and ______________ feet in length, required for servioe to the User under this contract, and shall sell and supply to the User through said User's connection such surplus water as the Railroad may have available at Las Vegas beyond its said needs and requirements, at the price and rate of 12§^ for each 100 cubic feet of water up to 800 cubic feet; and X0$ per 100 cubic feet for all water furnished in excess of 800 cubic feet, with a minimum charge of $2,50 per month. ~3~
