Feetham, covering lots in "block 36, I note you say in your letter "together with abstract of title cover** ing each transfer". In this connection I wish to call your attention to the fact that this property has been transferred onee or twice before and all abstracts of title are on file in the Auditor’s office, showing these former transfers, I would kindly ask that you forward same to me so that they may be delivered to Silk and Feetham, or in other words, so that we will be able to give them a deed in full with abstracts of title up to date.
