    NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO: E. W. CRAGIN, Mayor and to WENDELL BUNKER, R. T. MOORE, WILLIAM PECCOLE, REED WHIPPLE, Commissioners, and C. W. SHELLEY, City Manager and HOWARD W. CANNON, City Attorney of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada. M You and each of you will please take notice-that pursuant to a call this day issued by Mayor Cragin, a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, will be held in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, 5th & Stewart, on the 26th day of June, 1950, at the hour of 3:30 P.M. to consider the following matters: 1. Opening of bids on Las Vegas Meadows Addition Sewer Bonds 2. Resubdivision of Wardie Addition - Maryland Tract #2 3. Acceptance of Deeds from George Rudiak and Harve Perry for alley between 13th & 14th Streets and Ogden and Stewart 4. Service & Material Warrant Nos. 1966 in total amount of $20,000.00 5. Public Hearing - Amendment to Land Use Plan 6. Concession Agreement - Request to transfer s/ Shirley Ballinger_____________ Shirley Ballinger, City Clerk We, the undersigned Mayor, Commissioners, City Manager and City Attorney of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, do hereby admit due service of the foregoing Notice of Special Meeting: s/ E. Shelley_________________ Las Vegas, Nevada June 26, 1950 A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners held this 26th day of June, 1950 was called to order at the hour of 3:55 P.M. by His Honor Mayor E. W. Cragin with the following members present: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple; City Manager C. W, Shelley, City Attorney Howard W. Cannon and City Clerk Shirley Ballinger. MEADOWS ADDITION This being the time set for the opening of bids for the purchase of Bonds on the City SEWER BONDS of Las Vegas Meadows Addition Sanitary Sewer Improvement District in the amount of Bids $71,66l.51, the following bids were received. HANNAFORD & TALBOT San Francisco California June 26, 1950 City Council City Hall Las Vegas, Nevada Gentlemen: According to your Notice of Sale, dated May 24, 1950, which is incorporated herein by reference, there will be sealed proposals received up to the hour of 3.30 P.M., Monday, June 26, 1950, for the sale of Seventy-One Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty-One Dollars and Fifty-One Cents ($71,661.51) City of Las Vegas Meadows Addition Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds, Series of July 1, 1950, in the denomination of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars and one bond in the denomination of Six Hundred and Sixty One Dollars and Fifty-One Cents ($661.51). For all, but not less than all, of the legally issued bonds, as described above, we bid you the par value thereof, or 100% of face value, plus accrued interest to the date of delivery with bonds maturing July 1, 1951 thru July 1, 1955 to bear interest at the rate of 4% (four per cent) per annum. and bonds maturing July 1, 1956 thru July 1, 1960 to bear interest at the rate of 3 3/4% (three and three-quarters per cent) per annum
