    June 4, 1931 Mr. .W. H. Bracken, Vice President, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Las Vegas, Nevada. Dear sir: It has been determined to transfer the water line constructed by the Railroad Company to serve Industrial Unit No. 1 at Las Vegas from the accounts of the Railroad Company to the water company. It will require sometime to cover the transaction but pending such completion, this will be authority for the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to take over and operate this line.
