Because of certain difficulties encountered with the title company in the issuance of policies of title insurance upon pipe lines located in dedicated streets or alleys it will be necessary to revise the form of this agreement. With the changes which I shall suggest it will be satisfactory to show this form of agreement to prospective subdividers as a typical agreement which will be required when work is performed by the Company rather than the subdivider.
