Thereafter the Board would acquire the LVL&W system and certain facilities of Basie Magnesium Inc.s con­struct (If engineering recommendations are favorable) a con­necting pipe line with pumping equipment from B.M.I. to the Las Vegas Valley Areas extend the present service and dis­tribution system to provide water from the artesian basin to all points where demand exists and supply is economically feasible! supply the requirements of the Air Basel supply Irrigation water when economically feasible and make long range plans to further augment the water supply of the Valley by construction of such works as are necessary to irrigate class one and claes two irrigable lands in the Valley.
