Metzger, covering pipe line extension In Block 2, Boulder Dam Homes1tea, Tract 4, Las Vegas, Nevadat This agreement oovered the construction of pipe line within the limits of dedicated streets and alleys and the agree­ment in question covers the construction of the water line which provides under paragraph 2 of Article IX that the LVL&WCo* would pay to the Subdivider at monthly intervals, fifty per cent of the monthly revenue received by it from customers in said Block 2, Boulder Dam Homes!tea Addition, taking water from said pipe line for a period of ten years from the date of completion of said Installation, or, until the Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of the line so advanced by It, whichever occurs first* In the purchase of the water production and distribu­tion system at Las Vegas by the Las Vegas Valley Water District from the LVL&WCo*, under Agreement C*L*D* No* H 3A2, the Land Company was obligated under requirements of Exhibit "A" to turn over to the Water District all contracts on which refunds were still due covering construction of water pipe lines pursuant to Rule 9 and among those documents was Contract Audit No* 19362
