Henderson, covering lease of dragline and bucket for use at Las Vegas, Nevada. In connection with this contract, I now have the following inquiry from Auditor Sutton: "This refers to Mr. J. A. Bennewitz’ letter of January 4, 19*son, your file1- 6 9c2o15v-er3-iWn.g agreement with J. R. Hender" Section 2 of the above mentioned agreement states that this lease and rental thereunder shall commence upon delivery of the said equipment without cost to the Union Pacific Railroad at the Freight Station at Los Angeles, California and shall terminate upon delivery of the said equipment to J. R. Henderson at Los Angeles Freight Station. "Please advise effective date of agreement and when equipment is returned to Mr. Henderson information should o^b e furnished regarding expiration." F. C.
