I agree.Los Angeles* January 4* 1951 7334 Mr. J. P. Mack - Los Angeles % Herewith 3 copies of Form 30 estimate to cover installation of pump and motor on each Wells Nos. 8, 10 and 11 at Las Vegas. This work was authorised in Mr. Stoddard's telegram S-360 ' J | : { J H ’ j p i to Mr. Reinhardt dated December 28, 1950, copy of which was furnished to Mr. Perkins. It is desired that this installation be made as soon as possible so that when the hot weather arrives at Las Vegas the volume of water from these wells can be increased by approximately three and one-half million gallons per day. Am now drawing off bill of material covering pipe and fittings and will make requisitions to cover and will furnish you copies. A plan is also being prepared of the pump house for Well No. 11 and will be furnished to you for requisitioning materials. Mr. Jopling, who has conferred with me regarding this project, should order motor starting panels and all other electrical materials required and suggest these requisitions be submitted immediately so project will not be held up on account of non-delivery of eleetrloal material. Hr. J. M. Anderson has also conferred with me regarding | this installation and assume he will be instructed to follow up the work to see that there are no undue delays. 2c R. L.
