\ LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary Howe in executing C.L.D. Ho. 15518, easement dated November 22, 1966, to Los Angeles County Flood Control District to construct, operate and maintain a covered storm drain in, over and across certain real property described therein in City of Industry, California, Land Company to reserve the right to use and to permit others to use the land for any purpose not inconsistent with the easement, subject to conditions, restrictions, encumbrances, easements, licenses, or Interests of any person which may affect said land, and should District abandon use of land for a continuous period of one year, easement shall cease and storm drain removed at expense of District and the Land Company shall resume possession, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
