Hopper, President First National Bank of Nevada Reno, Nevada Dear Bill: At the request of Mr. Worswick, I have authorized the Las Vegas Land & Water Co. to install the water service at the site of the new branch. This will be three one inch lines and installation charge will be $30.00 and the monthly charge for service will be a flat rate of $5.00, after completion of the building and occupancy by us. Water used during the construction period will be paid for by the contractor. The Water Company has requested immediate remittance of the installation charge and may I ask that you have a check sent to them at *+01 South 2nd Street, or forward to me for delivery?
