The 7 contract or contracts for the removal of the pipe lines and wire- 8 lines described in subparagraphs (h) to (l) of this Section 5 shall 9 provide that all salvageable material removed shall be transported 10 to and placed at such point or points upon the lands described in 11 subparagraph (a) of Section 1 as the District may designate.
