Ealsted; I enclose herewith Mr. Bracken's letter to me, dated August 20th, with enclosure referred to, from the Public Service Commission of Carson City, Hevada. I know, the railroad company has not received such a notice, I assume that the change in accounting rules referred to have nothing to do with railroad accounting. However, X shall be glad if you will ascertain and advise me as early as possible just what utilities, are involved and also Whether you think it advisable that our Water Company be represented. Since this notice was addressed to the Water Company and so far as fhe accounts which are now required of us are not burdensome.
