I agree.Mr. A. C. Ritter - Los Angeles By Deed Audit No. ^515* LVL&W Co. conveyed to Las Vegas Grammar School District No. 12, 3.?098 acres on the west side of North Ninth Street, between Bonanza Road and Wilson Street, Las' Vegas, for school purposes. Sale price - #300 per acre. , The Board of Education of the Las Vegas Union School District proposes to enlarge the school. We have a parcel of land approximately 1501 by 200' abutting the school on the south, and I am in receipt of the artaohed letter dated April 29, 1952, from Walter D. Johnson, Secretary of the Board, offering to purchase the parcel at the same price per acre as the original purchase In 19^1. You will recall the City on several occasions has requested that we dedicate a portion of this parcel to the City for the opening of Bonanza westerly to Fifth Street. The Water Company has a water line that apparently crosses the southeasterly corner of the parcel and there are surface indications that the city has a a ewer.: line across this same area. It will be necessary to stahe parcel in order to definitely determine. I recommend favorable consideration of the Board1s offer. Will appreciate your advice. I Las Vegas - May 2, 1952 | 12-1-12 W, E.
