^ company for period of five years, with option to renew for a i like period, certain land and improvements to be constructed thereon by Lessor, in the City of Vernon, California; and WHEREAS, Lessee desires a larger parking area in connection with use of said leased premises, and the installation of 6" asphaltic concrete paving on certain portions of said premises• THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing supplemental agreement, C. L. D. No. 3641, dated May 22, 1941, between said parties, providing for installation of said paving at Lessor's expense, and for the amendment of said agreement Audit No. 10096 to include additional area of 5,104 square feet to be used by Lessee for parking purposes; and providing further for increase in rental for the leased premises by the sum of $172.87 per annum, payable in equal monthly installments in advance; said agreement Audit No. 10096, as amended, to remain in full foree and effect during the remainder of the term thereof; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and. confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, C. A. No. 10132, dated June 2, 1941, addressed to Mr. W. J. Rhoads, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering the construction and laying by him of a 6-inch cast iron water main, approximately 270 feet in length, to and into Beckley Subdivision of Las Vegas, Nevada, along Third Place, -21-
