9. Service Linea - All service lines extending from mains to property line, including tapping of water mains and the shot off, shall bo installed, maintained and owned by the Water Company subject to the obligation of the applicant to pay the following charges: For 3/4" connection Mnhmi, with service extending from main to property line not exceeding 50 ft., #15.00. For 1* connection, with service llnaf extending from main to property line not exceeding 50 ft., #20.00. For over 1" and not exceeding 2” connection, with service line extending from main to property line not exceeding 50 ft., #30.00. For all connections over 2" or connections requiring extension of service line of any diameter from main to property line in excess of 50 ft., applicant shall pay the actual cost of labor and materials plus 10# for supervision and overhead of installing the connection and service line extending from main to property line. Applicant shall pay the above charges, or the estimated cost of such connections in advance.
