220 STREETS AND HIGHWAYS Commissioner Moore moved that rather than vacate Adams Street ADAMS STREET as recommended by the Joint Planning Commission between "C" and "D" Streets that the City Manager be instructed to barricade the street during school sessions. Motion seconded by Commissioner Clark and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. STREETS AND HIGHWAYS Commissioner Moore moved that the recommendation of the Joint 8TH STREET VACATION Planning Commission relative to the vacation of 8th Street between Bridger and Clark Streets be referred to the City Manager for further investigation.
