Blodgett 1700 South 5th 6 slots Commissioner Whipple moved that these applications for new gaming licenses for the second quarter of 1555 be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Henry Cal Remolif, Saratoga Race Book, 114 South 1st Street, for an addition of 1 Sports Book for the second quarter of 1955, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Sharp moved that the application of Tom Rolofson, Larnin's Drug Store, 812 South 5th Street, for 3 slots for the second quarter of 1555? previously issued to Cecil Lynch, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Sharp moved that the application of L. L. Snyder, Snyder's, 312 W. Bonanza for 3 slots for the second quarter of 1555, previously located at 300 W. Bonanza, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. At this time the application of the First National Bank Trustee U/W Ethel Rapaport, Down­town Liquor Store, 28 Fremont Street, for renewal of a retail liquor and minature license for the first and second quarter of 1555 was considered by the Board. It was brought to the attention of the Board that this location has been demolished. Thereafter Commissioner Sharp moved that this application for renewal of a liquor license be held in abeyance until a suitable location is found. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple passed his vote. Commissioner Sharp moved that the application of Tom O'Larey, Skaggs Drug Center, 215 Fremont, for a retail liquor license for the second quarter 1955, formerly Payless Drug Store, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett? Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
