Copy of Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company transmittal letter of May 15* 1953* and copy of list referred to therein. 2. Copy of Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company letter report of May 19* 1953* concerning easements reserved or excepted in conveyances by Las Tegas Land and Water Company. 3. Copy of Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company letter report of May 14, 1954. • 4. Two copies of our letter of fey 25, 1954 to Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, regarding discrepancies noted in their report of May 15, 1953 and May 14, 1954. 5. Two eopies of Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company letter of fey 27, 1954, in reply to our letter of May 25th, correcting their reports of fey 15, 1953 and May 14, 1954.
