* J Docket No. 163.—Furniture, carloads, Kansas City, Mo., stopped to flush loading at Leavenworth, Kan., and from Leavenworth, Kan., stopped to finish loading at Kansas City, Mo., to Santa Fe points in Kansas, Colorado or New Mexico, also Superior, Neb., and Oklahoma and Texas. Present, regular tariff rates plus $6.00 per car plus switching charge of foreign line at stop-over point; proposed, cancellation present basis as published in A. T. & S. F. Tariff 6911-C, I. C. C. 2801. At the request of the proponent company, the subject was withdrawn prior to the regular meeting. JUNE, 1920 Docket No. 164.—Beet Sugar Final Molasses, in tank cars, Swink, Colo., to Kornman, Colo. Present, cents (Class C ); proposed, 10 cents per 100 lbs. (See Standing Rate Committee’ s report dated June 11, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee which contemplates establishment of the following rates in cents per 100 lbs., on Beet Sugar final molasses, carloads, minimum"weight, estimated weight 11.7 lbs. per gallon, subject to Rule 35, Consolidated Classification: 13 cents per 100 lbs.,from Swink, Colo., to Kornman, Colo,, and 17 cents per 100 lbs. from R ocky Ford, Colo., to” Holly, Colo. See Rate Advice No. 3, announcing October 25, 1920, as date effective on interstate traffic; and date of effectiveness withheld as to intrastate traffic. Docket No. 165.— Coke, Watercooled, deduction for moisture, New Mexico and Colorado producing points to points in Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico named in A. T. & S. F. tariffs. Present rule, from New Mexico is same as proposed from New Mexico and Colorado, except that the present rule from New Mexico does not contain the 24-hour limit; proposed rule, on shipments of Coke, Watercooled, during process of loading, when from stations in New Mexico or Colorado, a deduction of one (1) per cent from net weight, as ascertained on track scales at point of origin, will be made, provided that cars'are weighed within 24 hours after the completion of the loading. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 14, 1920.) Approved report of the Standing Rate Committee, which recommends that application for the above basis be declined insofar as it relates to W. T. L. territory. Docket No. 166.— Soft Coal, minimum weight marked capacity of car, except that when cars are loaded to full visible capacity actual weight of Coal may be accepted, from Belleville, New Baden and other points on Southern R’y east of East St. Louis, 111., to Missouri River crossings. Present, various rates via different roads, i. e., $2.46, $2.70, $3.20 per net ton; proposed, $2.70 per net ton. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 14, 1920.) The subject was cancelled from the docket in line with the Standing Rate, Committee’s recommendation, as the entire subject of rates and differentials is now before the Interstate Commerce Commission in Docket No, 11149. 40 Docket No. 167.—Lime, carloads, minimum weight 30,000 lbs., Sault Ste. Marie, Mich., to Manistique, Mich., to be reshipped via M. St. P. & S. S. M. R’y, in original car without unloading, to points bjeyond. Present, 10j^„cents per 100 lbs.; proposed, 5 cents per 100 lbs. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 3, 1920.) Recommended that proportional rate of 7 cents per 100 lbs. be established on Lime, carloads, minimum weight 30,000 lbs., from Sault Ste. Marie, Mich., to Manistique, Mich. See Rate Advice No. 3, announcing October 25, 1920, as date effective on Interstate traffic; and date of effectiveness withheld as to Intrastate traffic. JUNE, 1920 Docket No. 171.— Live Stock, feeding in transit, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, etc., to Wichita, Kan., and market points, Missouri River and east thereof. Present rules, do not apply on shipments with final destination Wichita, Kan., except when originating at points in Colorado and New Mexico; proposed rules, authorization of feeding in transit basis to apply to Wichita on shipments from the same general territory and subject to the same restrictions and conditions as apply on shipments destined to the Missouri River markets. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 3, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee, which contemplates establishment on Cattle,- Sheep, and Goats originating m Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Mexico of arrangements of the same character arid subject to the same conditions and restrictions as apply , on shipments destined to Missouri, under which feeding in transit may be allowed on traffic destined to Wichita, Kan. Definite announcement to be made later. Docket No. 176.— Sand and Gravel, C. L., minimum weight 40,000 lbs., as per Consolidated Classification, Nebraska City, Neb., to points in Nebraska on the Mo. Pac. R. R. Present and proposed, see Docket Advice dated May 17, 1920. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 3, 1920.) At the request of the proponent company the subject was withdrawn. Docket No. 176.— Grain, Grain Products, Seeds, Hay and Live Stock, between Sand Springs, Kan., on C. R. I. & P.'R’y, and State and Interstate points. Present, no through rates; rates based on Abilene, Kan., combination; proposed, Solomon, Kan., basis. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 3, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee, which contemplates establishment on Grain and Grain Products, Seeds, Hay and Live Stock to and from Sand Springs, Kan., same rates as now applicable to and from Solomon, Kan. .. Effective October 25", 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. 41
