Bates •» Los Angelesi Please refer to your copy of my letter to Mr. Bitter, dated May 9, 1956, recommending R.B.Co. authority to grant to Las Vegas Valley Water District easement for water pipe line located In portion of proposed Truck Highway between Bonanza Boad and Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada, which It Is proposed to dedicate to City of Las Vegas. I now enclose original and approval copy of fully executed easement "IPL.D. 2995. In transmitting this document to me, Mr. Bongardt calls attention to the fact that he has withheld his approval as to execution for the reason that the Las Vegas Valley Water District did not affix Its seal to each counterpart whereas the acknowledgement of execution by the officers of the Las Vegas Valley Water District recites that the seal has been affixed• In forwarding the document to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, will you please request then to affix their corporate seal to both counterparts and then return the Hallroad Company’s Approval Copy so that It can be returned through my office to Mr. Bongardt for record and filing with the Auditor.
