Kamsd.ll in executing extension rider C.L.D. No, 10517*14 dated August 31, 1967 between U s Vegas Land and Water Company and Elkins Company, a partnership, covering lease of sites for advertising signboards at Yermo, San Bernardino County, California, extending term of agreement Contract Audit 10551, to and Including August 31, 1972 at rental of $50,00 per annum, payable annually, terminable on thirty days notice by either party, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
