Bear Sir: Referring to price list of lots sent you with, my letter of March 22nd, 1907. If you will refer to my letter, you will note that I stated that the list sent you was for your personal use, and that the prices stated therein were not necessarily the prices at which lots were to he sold. It was not intended that you should show this list to any one, and I trust that you have not done so. I am now consulting with President Whittemore regarding the price at which the lots mentioned in your recent letters shall he sold, and will advise you definitely in a day or two.
