It was established by a group from the Oakwood Club in South Euclid who wanted a downtown branch, but years ago its trustees voted to discard that restriction and open its rolls to any male whose application is approved. Elmer J. Babin, the lawyer, who is a charter member, an original trustee and past president, said, when at ful strength, the club has 400 members. Why not open it to women? ?╟≤ * * Cleveland Club of Printing House Craftsmen will salute its honorary life, member David W. (Bill) Stock, who has not only served it in a variety of offices in the last 45 years but has attended more than 30 international conventions. A dinner for Stock is Feb. 21 at the Brown Derby in Independence. . , . State Rep. John D. Thompson Jr., D-15, is in St. Luke Hospital for back surgery.. . . The Rev. James. T.
