The Freshman class of BJC is having a formal dance March 1, 1957* My committee and myself were in search of a theme; being a resident of Southern Nevada for 16 years I naturally thought of a Hotel atmosphere for our theme* The Sands Hotel impressed me as being one of the foremost Hotels in Las Vegas* This and other facts convinced us that the Sands Hotel would be an original and excellent theme for our dance*. ?╤e sure planning to have entertainment at intermission with this openings: The Hotel Sands proudly presents dancing, singing and comedy for your entertainment, and now here is your master of ceremonies, Mr. John Doe. The local and school papers will be covering this event which will give the Sands Hotel added publicity.
