    PARCEL NO. 1 That portion of the SE¼ of the NW¼ of Section 1, Township 21 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B. & M., described as follows: COMMENCING at the point of intersection of the North Line of the SE¼ of the NW¼ of said Section 1 with the Southwesterly right of way line of U.S. Highway Nos. 93-95-466 (200 feet wide); thence South 42° 27’ East along the said right of way a distance of 735.87 feet to a point; thence South 47°33' West a dis­tance of 500 feet to the most Southerly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Harry Mack et al to Richard H. Clough et ux, by Deed recorded June 8, 1949 as Document No. 314185, Clark 'County, Nevada Records, the true point of beginning thence South 89°56'35" West and parallel to the South line of the SE¼ of the NW¼ of said Section 1 a distance of 560.71 feet more or less to a point on the Westline of the SE¼ of the NW¼ of said Section 1 thence North 0°l5'25" West along the last mentioned West line a dis­tance of 616.08 feet more or less to a point distant South 47°33' West 500 feet from the aforementioned Southwesterly right of way line; thence South 42°27' East parallel to and distant 500 feet from the said Southwesterly right of way line a distance of 834.19 feet to the true point of beginning. PARCEL NO. 2. That portion of the SE¼ of the NW¼ of Section 1, Township 21 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B. & M, described as follows: COMMENCING at the intersection of the North line of the said SE¼ of the NW¼ of Section 1, with the West line of the State Highway (Boulder Highway); thence South 42°27' East along the said West line of the State Highway a distance of 135.87 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 47°33' West a distance of 500 feet to a point; thence South 42°27' East and parallel with the West line of the said State Highway a distance of 200 feet to a point; thence North 47°33’ East a distance of 500 feet to a point in the aforementioned West line of the State Highway; thence North 42°27' West along the said West line of the Highway a distance of 200 feet to the true point of beginning. PARCEL NO. 3 The eighty (80) acres situate in the E½ of the SE¼ of Section 25, Township 20 South, Range 60 East, M.D.B. & M. PARCEL NO. 4. That portion of the SE¼ of the NW¼ of Section 1, Township 21 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B. & M., lying Westerly of U.S. Highway 93-95-466 (Boulder Highway) more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the North line of the said SE¼ of the NW¼ with the West line of the U.S. Highway #93-95-466; thence South 42°27' East along the said West line of the highway a distance of 135.87 feet to a point; thence South 47°33' West a distance of 500 feet to a point; thence North 42°27' West and parallel with the aforementioned West line of the U.S. Highway to a point in the West line of the said SE¼ of the NW¼ of said Section 1; thence North along the last mentioned West line to the North­west corner of said SE¼ of the NW¼ of Section 1; thence North 89°34'55” East along the North line of the said SE¼ of the NW¼ a distance of 436.9 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL NO. 5. That certain property known as Government Lot IV, excepting the Easterly 100 feet thereof, and being located in the SW¼ of the SW¼ of Section 19, Township 20 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B. & M, PARCEL NO. 6. The NE¼ of Section 25, Township 20 South, Range 60 East, M.D.,B. & M. TOGETHER with the tenements, property and inhabitants within each of said parcels of real property and each of said parcels of real property is hereby declared to be a part of the City of Las Vegas. SECTION 2. Each of said parcels of real property, together with the tenements and inhabitants thereof, shall be subject to all of the laws applicable to the City of Las Vegas. SECTION 3. The City Engineer of the City of Las Vegas is hereby instructed to prepare a plat of each of said territories described in Section 1 of this Ordinance and to file the same for record in the office of the County Recorder of Clark County, Nevada. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final passage and publica­tion as in the next section provided. SECTION 5. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this Ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first reading and adoption in the Las Vegas Sun, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas. Baker ATTEST: Mayor Shirley Ballinger_____________ City Clerk The above and foregoing ordinance was first proposed and read by title to the Board of Commis­sioners on the 2nd day of December, 1953 and referred to the following committee composed of Commissioners Bunker and Sharp for recommendation; thereafter the said committee reported favorably on said ordinance on the 16th day of December, 1953, which was the regular meeting held on the 16th day of December, 1953, that at said regular meeting held on the 16th day of December, 1953, the proposed ordinance was read in full to the Board of Commissioners as amended and adopted by the following vote: Voting "Aye": Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and Mayor Baker.
