Reinhardt: In answer to your verbal inquiry of a few days ago, I am now in receipt of photostatic copy of S.3302, Public Law 666, 83d Congress, Chapter 1004, Second Session, being an act granting to the Las Vegas Valley Water District certain public lands of the United States in the State of Nevada. This covers the manganese pipe line. The actual right of way is to be such as is "found by the Secretary of the Interior" to be necessary for construction, etc., of the pipe line in question. As you know, there is another act pending, being S.3303* granting a right of way to the Basic Management Inc. for a pipe line from the Lake to Henderson.
