    \ March 51, 1951, covering site for trackage and office and tanks for storage of sulphuric acid, located at Los Angeles (East Yard), Calif„| rental $75 per annum, payable in advance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed,. On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: WHEREAS, under date of October 20, 1948, this Company entered into agreement ”N"L.D. 2109 with Philip Shipley, W» J. Moore, Jr. and Ballard Barron, called "Subdivider”, providing for construction of water mains to serve Crestwood Homes Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider has constructed water mains to serve Unit Noo 2, but has not yet completed ail of the water mains provided for in Article III of said agreement nNwL 0D„ 2109; and WHEREAS, It is desired to refund to Subdivider 50$ of revenues derived from sale of water to consumers located in Unit No. 2 and to provide for the construction of the balance of the water lines provided for in said Article Ills THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this Company in executing Sup­plemental Agreement ”N”LoD. 2109-1, dated January 24, 1950, by and between LVL&WCo., Party of the First Part, and Philip A. Shipley, W. J. Moore, Jr. and Ballard Barron, Parties of the Second Part, providing that upon receipt of statement of cost, bill-of-sale and easements for water mains serving Unit No. 2, the Company shall also refund to Subdivider 50$ of the monthly-revenue derived from sale of water to customers in the north 4
