Dear Sir; 1 hand you herewith a list of purchasers of lots under agreement which are not as yet paid out* and purchasers of Company Houses which were purchased under our plan of Lease with Privilege of Purchase. This list comprises those who h a w in the past been paying their taxes direct to County Treasurer but at request of Mr. Adams, Right of Way and Tax Agent, beginning with the last half of 1934 taxes which will be due in June, the Company will pay all taxes and bill through your office for reimbursement of amounts expended. After this has been done if you will kindly forward all bills collectible to me for those whom it is not possible to deduct the taxes from I will see that collection is made and forwarded you on Form 6.
