V Los Angeles - February 18, 1954 80-11 Mr, R. M. Sutton - Omaha: Referring to your letter of February 17th, your file 704-36, relative to progress being made in securing list of all the various documents, the originals of which are to be delivered to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, if and 'is finally consummated: when the contract I wrote Mr, Hamilton, Attorney for the Water District, on January 18th, giving him my thoughts as to the various contracts the originals of which they would require under the contract in question. He phoned me about ten days ago and stated he just had not had time to analyze my letter but he hoped to do so in the near future. Under the circumstances, and until Mr, Hamilton and I agree, the list can not be prepared, I might state in passing that the present thought of the Water District is to have the bonds sold by April 15th, so we still have considerable time to have this list prepared.
