    COPT' NOV* 10, 1904* 60-0 Mr* C. 0, Whitt©more, General Attorney, Salt Lake Oity it Dear Sir : I hand you herewith copy of contract covering lease of Kyle Ranch, Lao Vegas, to Mrs. Mary Bishop for the year 1904 for $300,oo payable on or before the first day of November, 1904, and for your information attach copy of message from Dr* Bracken of this date. to lease the ranch for a period of two years from the first of January, 1905, to Mr. Geo. W. Crouse, and he wishes to take possession immediately Dr* Bracken states that there is no chance of getting any money from Mrs, Bishop, and I believe notice should be served on her to get off immediately. If she refuses to do so, steps should be taken to make her vacate the property* Will you kindly handle the matter in whatever way seems best to you and in due eourse let me know what you accomplish.
