Dear Sirs:- I enclose herewith copy of letter dated April 28th from Mr. Cullen, embodying one from Mr. Jessup with reference to housing of springs at Las Vegas. I take it from Mr. Clark's letter of March 22nd that he is now willing to authorize this work, and if agreeable to Mr. Bancroft I will resubmit form 30. As suggested by Mr. Bancroft in his letter of March 19th sample of Las Vegas hydrant water was submitted to the Medical Department for analysis, the result of which is shown in attached copy of letter addressed to Dr. Cochran.
