along the Charleston Boulevard frontage at an estimated cost of $2,000. He advised that the dike was completed, but the exact cost had not yet been determined. A motion was duly made by Director Rosevear, seconded by Director DuBravac, and unanimously approved by the five Directors present, that the emergency action of the Manager in proceeding with the construction of the dike without authorization of the Board be approved. ADJOUHNMENT Ihere being no further business before the Board, a motion was duly made by Director Cornwall, seconded by Director Miller, and unanimously approved, the meeting was adjourned until 4:00 P. M., Tuesday, August 14, 1956 at the same location. The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 P. M.
